Mat Pilates is done on the floor using a yoga or exercise mat.  

 

Firstly you will learn to find neutral spine and learn how important it is to breathe through the exercises.

 

You will learn some warm-up moves, then go to the main exercises and finish with some stretching and relaxation.

 

 

 

​1-2-1 PILATES

Pilates in the comfort of your own home or you come to my studio. Where I will guide you through a pilates routine to improve your core and body strength. I will also address any injuries or medical conditions that you have with specific exercises and type up your session plan.

PureStretch is designed to lengthen and strengthen the entire body through a routine of different stretches and pilates based core exercises.
