​Mat

Mat Pilates is done on the floor using a yoga or exercise mat.  

Firstly you will learn to find neutral spine and learn how important it is to breathe through the exercises.

You will learn some warm-up moves, then go to the main exercises and finish with some stretching and relaxation.

​1-2-1 PILATES

Pilates in the comfort of your own home or you come to my studio. Where I will guide you through a pilates routine to improve your core and body strength. I will also address any injuries or medical conditions that you have with specific exercises and send you a video for you to follow.

 

 

GROUP & 1-2-1 PURESTRETCH

PureStretch is designed to lengthen and strengthen the entire body through a routine of different stretches and pilates based core exercises.
